I thought that too about my town. Looked like a dead town. But the more I delved into things the more I found out there are things to do.
Also, when I couldn't find something - I looked to the neighboring cities, and indeed my choir isn't even in my city I have to travel to another city to do that.

And the whole foreign country thing is cap, I too am in the Netherlands now and It's a foreign country to me I'm from Israel, but I'm doing it anyway. most of the time I travel atleast 45 minutes to get to an event, and 45 back. At most I've travelled 2 hours there 2 hours back sometimes just to attend an event, so brother just travel! don't make excuses and travel.

I used chat GPT to find everything btw, I literally asked him to help me find dancing groups in (insert the name of my city) or in the area and he found me a bunch of sites and that's how I found the dancing class. And for singing I did the same, he couldn't find anything, then my therapist said I should look at the neighboring city, so I did another search this time with the name of my neighboring city and suddenly I found a choir and I had to go through A LOT to get accepted I had to call multiple universities to try to get a hold of them, and even created an instagram just to message them. Eventually got in touch with the head of the choir, and he told me I'm free to join.
so yeah man, it took effort, it took going way out of my way, both in searching for this, getting accepted into it, and going to the event is also going to take me a while because Its in a different city and I have school 9 to 5pm and STILL I will go there, so you have no excuses, you look young and healthy. First of all, you got nice features, so I'll give you that.
You need to debloat your face by drinking lots of water and lowering your sugar intake.
You also will have to do your eyebrows, wide and straight brows would do good for your face shape, but that is always up to preference.
Haircut is the key. A lot of men do not pay attention to it and get the same haircut as you do. Experiment with it, you'd look a lot better with a bit of a longer cut. The one you have right now accentuates your forehead a little too much.
I also recommend experimenting with facial hair.
Apart from that, I think a very basic diet would help depending on your 'looksmaxxing' standards. I don't think you're fat or ugly personally, just unmotivated. I'm sure if you set a proper goal you'll get there.
Remember to always do it for yourself. If you do it for others you'll get disappointed quick.

Neither one will help. If you eat less you will lose WEIGHT but you won't necessarily lose FAT. If you don't lift, a lot of the weight you lose will be muscle which if anything will only drive up your bodyfat percentage even higher. You need to clean up your diet and also work out.
