Just a sort of related comment here...The biggest thing you can do to reset your libido is to stop fapping in a no-fap challenge for 30 days. Another thing to do is to boost your testosterone levels in your body. Begin working out regularly even if it's a walk, make is a brisk walk or something I term rage walking. Make it challenging but not too hard where you get hurt. Make it a meaningful distance too. Do this 3x a week to start. It will take 30 days to start to form a habit. Make a walk journal, record your distance, how you felt, how your body felt, what you saw, etc. This will motivate you to keep going and reach a goal of 50km say. Then 100km, eventually you will reach 1000km...it takes a long time obviously. But its a goal you set for yourself and you make for yourself.
Anyhow, you might want to talk to your doctor about how you're feeling and maybe ask for their advice. Can they give you testosterone replacement therapy? I dunno. But that's their job to help you get your physical mojo back.
So no-fap for a while. Sounds like that's no problem since you're not interested anymore in sex and start to get out of the house regularly on some rage walks to improve your self esteem and cue your body and brain that you're going to kickstart your health and see how your body responds.
