>regularly take zzzquill and other antihistamines for 3 years
>worked but lead to weight gain and mental groginess
>switched to melatonin (0.75mg) 3 weeks ago
>works but only after several hours of laying in bed, also leads to stomach pain
>magnesium, tart juice, etc. hardly has any affect
Should I just bite the bullet and ask my doctor for sleeping pills?

Sleep when you’re sleepy and quit worrying about it. It’s just another psyops. It’s being awake that you should concentrate on.

Whenever you see any of these Korean sex dolls' husbands yeah they're probably rich and/or famous but they always look like the biggest dweebs. Just regular ass skinny asian guys with glasses and baseball caps
What gives? Do these gook bitches really only gaf about money? Do they even fuck or is all that surgery and working out solely to be a thirst trap for a billion horny asian and indian dudes?

Looks like Los Angeles, and to me her tattoo looks like it could be the outline of a country or something like that, though it's hard to tell.

you can try chamomile, theanine for mild insomnia. Trazodone can help more, and doesn't have tolerance build up. Anything else does have lots of side effects, like seroquel, or you get addicted after two weeks resulting in even worse insomnia. Zopiclone is the best I know, but I wouldn't use more than twice a week, or once for two weeks with a tolerance break.

What seems to be the problem regarding sleep? Have you ever tried just going to be whenever your body is ready. That's what I do, and the tiredness I feel after sleeping 4-9AM is nothing compared to the daytime drowsiness that comes after taking any sleep aid. Coffee and alcohol gives me insomnia no matter how early I have it and how hydrated, but red bull and yerba mate is my go to to be well energized after not sleeping enough.

The biggest issue is really how long it takes to sleep. I'll lay on my bed for mayb ~12 hours after taking melatonin but only get 6 hours of proper sleep. Interruptions are spontaneous albeit not regular
If I wait until I'm tired I'll sleep 12-13 hours and fuck up my sleep schedule, also if I stay up to long I get into a wired state that makes it worse

No you won’t man, you don’t know how sleep is supposed to work. You know sometimes when you wake in the middle of the night? Yeah, just get up and start the day at two thirty in the morning. Just quit being a lazy fuck. Don’t take drugs.

You are probably harming yourself by not using these medications as directed. Cease all drug use including stimulants and consult a doctor.

>my sleep schedule
this is already FUBAR, so just try going to sleep when your body is ready, never lying in bed waiting for it to happen. Delayed sleep phase disorder is an actual disability you can get diagnosed, but I only have Medicaid so I just mention it as a side effect of my autism when explaining why I can't be anywhere before noon.
