I am very close to killing myself because I am just so ugly. I have tried to improve my looks by going to the gym, running, cleaning up my diet and having a skin-care routine. However, my genetics and face are just so bad that I could not really better my appearance. Like my bone structure is just downright bad, my teeth are in bad condition (dentist said I just have unlucky teeth genetics), small penis, whatever is ugly in a guy, I have it.
I obviously am a NEET because there is no place for ugly guys in society, I have no friends and have never had a girlfriend.
What advice is there even for me?

Unironically suicide if that is what you want out of live. True 'love' (try visualizing it if you can) is only reserved for the genetically passing, which is a ridiculously low percentage in this overexposed age

People including women still have their needs for emotional bonding like men do, so it is still a possibility to get a girlfriend by being her best orbiter by being a completely average man. Just know that you'll get replaced when the actual desired man enters her life. And that you really aren't the man she really wants, nor will you ever be. She will make rules for you and break them for 'him'

I know it sounds cliche but find God and stop masturbating and watching porn. Makes things easier. Also put yourself out there in places where you feel drawn towards, like if you have specific interests go there because you want to, not necessarily with the specific goal of meeting girls. Depends on how ugly tbf. I've met some people who were genuinely unpleasant to look at. If someone offends your senses, then no amount of personality will make up for that.
