Just about all of them, I'd say.

Chlamydia be treated with antibiotics. Gonorrhoea can often be treated with antibiotics, but antibiotic-resistant strains are becoming increasingly common. Syphilis is incredibly dangerous if not treated, but again should respond to antibiotics. Herpes 1 and 2 are incurable; sometimes they're asymptomatic, other times you get sporadic outbreaks for life; when you have an outbreak it can be treated with aycyclovir, but you'll never truly get rid of it. HIV is also incurable, but if you take a cocktail of very expensive drugs every day for the rest of your life, it can be fully controlled. HPV (which cause either warts or cancer, depending on the strain) is incurable, but your body will mostly shake it off after 7 or 8 years. Hepatitis A and B are more or less untreatable, but most people recover from them in 6 months or so. Hepatitis C you will quite likely have forever; it can be treated but not cured, and liver damage is often permanent.
