Hello
I got locked up for some stuff (they transferred me to a hospital though)
They put me on probation
They said I have to go to an RRP (residential rehabilitation program)
I went to the RRP
I left
They put me back into the hospital
I said I wanted to leave
So I left the hospital

Since I violated probation by not going to the RRP will I get a warrant out for my arrest? Will I go to jail? My brother is telling me I will go to jail and there will be a warrant out for my arrest

You were given probation on the condition that if you violate the terms you will be sent to jail. I'd recommend going back to the RRP and you might want to contact your lawyer since if your probation officer is aware of the violation you might have to appear in court in front of a judge.

No. FUck my life. brother talked to the lawyer he said theres a warrant. I have to go back to the hospital FUCK MY LIFE.
