Okay so as a woman (I’ve been married 6 years now to my very first boyfriend, first kiss, took my virginity etc so I’m not a bop) a lot of women feel undesirable if you don’t want them sexually very quickly. This is mainly a societal issue though, they thrive off male validation and think it’s normal for men to be sex crazed and that it means they’re attractive etc. BUT at the same time if you want sex very quickly that can cause them to lose interest too only if they don’t find you that attractive. Maybe, but I think that sometimes it's not only because they feel undesired, but also because the man becomes less attractive to them. A low sex drive or shyness is a turn off for women not just because of their self-esteem. My sex drive is low already, and when I had social anxiety the girls knew that I was into them but too clumsy or shy to make good sexual moves, and that turned them off even though they knew that I was attracted to them.
Women are simply not attracted to these kind of men (shy and/or low sex drive) and maybe often they rationalize it to themselves with "feeling undesired", but many of them are not stupid and know very well that they were not undesired, they were just dealing with a low-T undesirable man.

You are probably mid woman. All the good looking women who would make great wives and mothers are taken in high school and college the latest.
