What does 4chan want me to do here?
I'm a tranny but I'm self aware. I'm from a more conservative area but I don't want to relocate just now and I don't really have that much bad experiences here so I don't have much of a reason to either.
Anyway, I recently moved up career wise and I started work in this local branch of a big faceless international conglomerate. I think I've integrated pretty well but obviously there's a couple of people who still gossip behind you because you're different thinking you don't hear them but I tend to ignore them for the most part. However, there's this one guy. From what I understand he's like an assistant of some kind? Anyway this dude clocked me pretty early, because I over hear this guy saying things I'd rather not hear him say. Shit like "that's a dude" or "look at her hands" and other things like that.
The thing is, I can pretty much report this guy to HR and have them deal with it. But given my circumstances of being new to this company and living *here*, I don't think that's a good idea just yet. I don't want to be *that* person (you know what I'm talking about). So what should I do?
