can someone give a motivation to earn money?
i'm kinda neeting and never really was interested in taking part in society, working, friends etc., so i don't need money at the moment.
is there any organic way to awake something in me to make me work on something that makes me financially independent?
i basically have the iq and time to learn anything, i just have 0 motivation.

If youre so smart have you not realized you need to actually one day move out of your parents home and support yourself? If you have a trust fund then you do not need money.

In your big brained studies come across the story of Thales, who made a fortune from an olive harvest based on astronomical observations? He did this to prove that philosophers could make money if they wanted to, but ultimately did not want to and were interested in other things. Perhaps you can use this story to guide yourself.

I saw a lecture on YT by Warren Buffet about how he made his fortune. You can probably find it, but the tldr is that he would become interested in some sector of industry or commerce and READ the annual company report of EVERY publicly traded company in the industry. He would then decide which represented a good investment. His goal was to grow his portfolio's value by some percentage (I forget*) well above mutual funds.

*I forget because I'm not motivated to become rich. I'm already independent enough for my needs.

I'll add this in order to emphasize the relevance of my answer to your question:

Buffet had to have a certain, maybe autistic, dedication to such thoroughness. In the interview he said it was fun, reading the reports. A hobby - like train-spotting, collecting dolls, or other spergy stuff.
