Option A: Get the cash and divide it into small payments, add them to your bank account each month. If anyone asks, you did odd jobs - mowing lawns, gutter cleaning, helping friends, nanny/household jobs, anything goes. Never place the same amount each month, vary it in cents, dollars. Consistency is key.
Option B: Get a mortgage and use the salary from your job to pay off the mortgage. Use cash for groceries only.
