Am I too old to learn how to draw if I'm not naturally talented?

No. Drawing has nothing with age.
It's more likely a cognitive process: what you see you have to convert to thinking process and and that thought have to be converted into movement to became a picure. It's a threefold transformation.
Reality has rules (aka physics). Learn what rules apply on drawings and you won't be bad. Learn how to make interesting compositions, and how to use the tools and you will be good.
All of them are on the Net, there is a lot of tutorial to everything.
Practice is unavoidable. The aforementiones threefold transformation is not a natural process, you have tor train your brain and muscles.to do it.
Also, talent not means too much in drawing. If you stop for 4 years, it's almost starting to zero. (I vas a competitive drawer at school but did not drew a line for years. Last time I tried to sketch something and it was terrible)

people who measure skills in years of practice instead of hours of practice are useless, have never mastered anything, and can be safely disregarded.
if you practiced drawing for 16 hours per day for a year that would put you at 6000 hours of practice, and moreover this would be concentrated practice. you would probably be better than a man who has drawn for an hour daily for the past 20 years (this would add up to 7300 hours of far more dispersed practice).
of course since drawing is a manual art this would mean you'd probably lose your arm by overstraining it absurdly, so this kind of timetable is not possible with this particular skill. but you get the point.

no such thing. Adults actively studying can and will improve at a faster more consistent rate than any random kid who only mindlessly doodles when they feel like it

There are some books about drawing with the right side of your brain you should check them out to learn about proportion and ratios

Drawing is pure grind.
The only talent people have is wanting to do it the moment they're dexterous enough to hold a brush/pencil. If you're motivated you'll learn, and discover better ways to learn. Grind every day for a good decade, the more you draw the better you'll be.
