My wife and I are two 33-year-old adults who don’t drink or smoke and exercise regularly. Should we have children, or is it too late to have healthy white children?

I think autism rates are over inflated by the trendy autism for kids on tiktok. Take a look at the following:

Severe autism is fucking horrendous to deal with. These kids are mentally fucked up, basically impossible to socialize and are a danger to their family and classmates. The lives they live will be unproductive and a drain on the joy of those around them.
Milder autism produces socially awkward weirdos who are mostly harmless, might act a bit odd but can mostly get along.

The modern iterations of autism that we're seeing in epidemic rates are nothing like this though. They feel like a disingenuous performance for social media. People who do stupid phony finger snapping and shuffling and speech patterns on tiktok for Internet attention. I don't think you have to worry about " " autism " " unless it's real autism.
You do however have to worry about down syndrome, because that becomes exponentially more likely to occur when the mother giving birth is 35 or older.

No it's not too late, because there exists ways to reduce the odds of defects or miscarriage in nature pregnancies now. All wife needs to do is chase down some Metformin or folic acid and stick to supplements and the risk factors drop down to close to being a 20 something year old pregnancy

Have kids if you want them. Autism risk isn't really a thing until your 40s.

Whether a child your wife gives birth to will be white or not is a whole other question.

Metformin gave my dad seizures because his body stopped absorbing his food, so he was dangerously low on electrolytes. A pregnant women taking it would probably kill the baby.

Yeah there are rare side effects in some people. Metformin is safe however. If you have never taken it before maybe don't get a qrey market dealer to give you a 1500 mg dose while 4 months pregnant...but ease into it and do whatever blood tests your doctor asks for and you will be fine.

I am not hardcore autistic but I was diagnosed with Asperger's as a young adult and to this day the symptoms fit me to a T. And I'm not even an incel, I've had sex, turns out there are a lot of Aspies including Aspie women it's truly autistic women that are rare
