Should I permanently remove my parents from my life and cut all contact from them because they had a doctor perform an unconsented surgery on me when I was an infant

If they were following cultural norms, no, they probably have low IQ and/or had no access to education and couldn't help it.

Stop making excuses for NPCs. Even retard NPCs understand punishment, and if parents in general never face any sort of consequences, they're just going to keep doing it. No. Chances are they did it for the same reason others do it, better hygiene and less chance of infection (once healed).
I was left intact but I don't feel partial to if they made a decision either way. Jacking off is probably way less convenient
