Lmao it encouraged me to leave my full time position at my job and just work casually/on-call
Had shitty lazy coworker and some henpecking new manager who basically was abusive to a lot of people who didn't know how to play the game (the lazy worker figured out how to after she started getting abused with me so it ended up being mostly me)
But truth, I realised I really don't need much to get by, my biggest issue is I'm enslaved to what people think of me (like why isn't he working full time etc or why does he still work that min wagie job in his 30s).
Ive been working at a bunch of other places again where I am at least being treated like a human and it's refreshing and made me remember why I actually enjoyed my job. Problem though is that although I have had a good run for the past few months being on call (working less and getting paid more due to casual/on-call rates), I'm worried the company is starting to cut back on casual staff and my shifts will dry up come mid October
So I dunno, was it really that bad that I gave up my stability for being on call? Not sure where I should go from here. Should I unironically just learn math in my downtime lol
