What’s the best way to kms from

this is very unreliable even if you have access to a ton of pills
try to find another way
why not hang yourself, if you do it right (check out the height/neck snapping thing) its painless, instant, reliable

just make sure cops/paramedics get to your body before anyone else. finding a body will negatively impact untrained people, no matter its sate.
on topic, I'd go with a massive dose of fent/heroin
