I've tried stuff like sleeping 7 instead of 8 hours and deleting all social media, but it still feels like the day goes by way too fast and I can barely get anything done. Do you guys have any tips on making the day longer?
That's not a time management problem, that's a failure to appreciate the time you're having. Enjoy what you're doing more, do more of what you enjoy, and train yourself to find value in your goals.
Your problem only happens when your desire to feel satisfied clashes with your desire to get shit done. In people who sort their mental out, those don't clash. Get them in sync and your days will work out.

I'm sure OP has never thought of this. >>33618860 >That's not a time management problem, that's a failure to appreciate the time you're having.
How the fuck did you determine that with OP's vague ass post? >>33618616 (OP)
We can help, but you need to be more specific. The obvious answer would be to schedule your time, but this really depends on why you feel you're not being efficient with it.

You're probably right, but the best I can do is 6:30 am because I have to stay up till 11:30 pm on some days. >>33620563
I was just looking for tips/tricks to make more time in the day. Even on days when I'm super-efficient, I could always have gotten more done, finish more work, read more books, play more vidya, etc.

Sorry I'm autistic, but you elaborated on literally nothing. Without any specifics, all I can say is to schedule your days so you know what day and time things are meant to get done. I can't help more than that without knowing why you feel you need more time and what things you're trying to accomplish, what times you sleep from, etc.
