Why would they not collect this information? Why would they deny an investigation into these cases? Grooming gangs are essentially the U.K.s Jeffery Epstein, they won't release the files or properly conduct research because they are complicit in a crime. There is no reason why a government should not collect this information, and deny it to the public, unless they were culpable.
