Jesus man there are so many things in normal adult life harder than just talking to women. Just make a habit of conversing with women and make friends with them. I accept it, but I don't know that I cope with it. At least not well. It's only one of a myriad of problems in my life... probably many of yours, too.
The more I think about how bad my life is going, suicide is the only answer I consistently come up with that makes any sense. Everything else just seems like swimming against the tide at best, or even just a shitty cope.
