Don’t necessarily “cope”, just focus on yourself (not just with self help shit). I know it sounds faggy or retarded, but it’s true when it comes to gaining self confidence which will then in turn make you less generally awkward in your own body and will make you outwardly confident with time. You’re clearly self aware enough to understand you aren’t “deserving”, in a sense, of a supposed “10/10 girl” at this very moment so then you gotta take the steps to help fix that.
