Idk where I'm supposed to be at my job nor does my employers seem to know.

>They ask me what's my schedule next week and I tell them I don't know as my schedule doesn't tell me and they get confused on that
>Recently check schedule to discover I don't work the next 2 weeks
>But I do on the third week where I'm now all of a sudden working nearly 40 hours a week that week
I'm genuinely tempted to leave.

here's a reality-check; you have the capability and power to shape and change your lifestyle as you see fit. WOW.
