Okay don’t listen to the fucking moron that linked the YouTube video. There have definitely been men that I found attractive but immediately lost said attraction to when they immediately said something sexual, gross, or rude upon first meeting me. My advice would be just strike up an organic conversation like you would with any acquaintance. For example, if you see a girl you’re interested in at the library or a book store, ask her about the book she has. If you see her at a cosplay event ask her about her costume, etc. It’s fine to compliment their looks, but I wouldn’t lead with that. If you’re at a bar or a club I would say it’s fine to just say that they stood out to you or complement them and offer to buy them a drink or ask to dance (Don’t offer the drink if you think that guarantees you sex). Basically just read the room. If you’re somewhere that’s daily life like the grocery store don’t be like “Hey I saw you across the produce section and I noticed how hot you are.” That comes off as creepy. If you can’t come up with something to strike up a casual convo in those situations then don’t shoot your shot. However if you’re somewhere like a club, bar, party, etc. women are aware they’re going to be hit on there and it doesn’t come off as weird to say they caught your attention and you find them attractive. Also just respect boundaries, if they say their not interested just say “No worries” and move on. It’s obvious that dudes who can’t accept rejection reek of ego problems and insecurity. If you get rejected, don’t beat yourself up, we all do at some point.
