How long would it take to feel the effects of a shitty diet? Or possibly have serious side effects? Does my diet seem balanced enough? Been having some weird symptoms lately and thinking it could be my diet
My diet isn't very varied and for the past 15 months it's been:
>Breakfast:
Tea with toast and a spread of either Nutella, peanut butter, jam or honey
>Lunch:
Either a ham sandwich or a chicken sandwich with a slice of cheese. Sometimes I'll go crazy and have a tuna sandwich or pasta and pesto with cheese but it's rare.
>Dinner:
Usually chips with meat or fish sometimes with baked beans. Sometimes a pizza or a ready meal chicken tikka masala. Also, been going to McDonalds a lot lately for a quarter pounder meal for either lunch or dinner.
>Snacks:
Biscuits, chocolates, crisps, sweets, dry roasted peanuts. Like once every couple of months I'll buy some apples or bananas but only if I'm really craving them because I don't like how fast they go off compared to the unhealthy snacks.
Think I might not be getting enough vitamins because I had tooth pain like my front tooth was going to fall out because the gum was really receded. Also, right now i'm still really dizzy after finishing drinking 5 hours ago which is unusual for me.
