How do I make it so things that I want to do are on my mind?
I don't know how else to explain it but I just waste my free time, especially weekends, doing nothing, even though I have a decent amount of hobbies / projects I can do
This isn't even like procrastination or anything, I just am not thinking about them and have to remind myself they exist - but even still I never end up doing them

Make a habit of writing lists even if you do nothing with them. Set things up so they are obstacles. Leave something related to things you want to do in front of the fridge or front door or favourite chair to remind yourself. Associate some activities with other, like eating equals exercise or watching TV equals guitar practice.

You're low testosterone. Do these:
1. Get to a healthy bodyfat %, the lower end of the range is better.
2. Work out at least 4 times a week, go to failure and follow a decent program like ULUL.
3. Intense cardio once or twice a week.
4. Cut out all processed food and home cook all your meals.
