How do I explain to my parents that I resent them for bringing me into existence, that they did an evil thing by procreating repeatedly. I want to explain that this world is a shithole, that they are evil for deliberately constructing faulty and unreliable epistemology to justify belief in lies like existence of god and goodness of the world?
They keep trying to contact me and inviting me over, they think we are on good terms and I support them financially. I haven't explained how I feel about them yet. I want to explain the reality of the situation and cut contact completely.
Has anyone been in this situation? How would you approach this?

Even if your parents could understand, they would never want to, so there is no way they would ever listen to you hence there is no reason to try explaining this to them.

The only reason you would do this anyway would be to get some kind of revenge. Find a better outlet for your frustration. Reading nihilist philosophy has been helpful for me, but only because I sort of still want to be alive. You need to be honest with yourself about that first - but just know you will never feel completely certain of if you want to be alive or to be dead. Such is life
