On an .stl model, how do I change the size of the left hole to be as small as the right? I have zero modelling knowledge, and I just want to change the size of that hole. I thought it would be as simple as downloading blender or some shit and using some circle resize tool, but apparently not lmao. Any help would be appreciated, even just telling me another 3d modelling general on another board where I might have more luck, thanks anons.

What software are you using?
"usually" in CAD a feature like that is based off a 2D shape. Those 2 holes might have 2 different 2D shapes, one for each hole. You have to find the 2D circle for the larger hole and modify it to be the same diameter as the smaller hole. It's sometimes called a sketch.

I'm open to using any program that people say does the job, I just want to size the hole. For reference the picture is from OrcaSlicer, a program to 3d print, not to model things. The model is not my creation, I just want to change it a little so a heat insert fits. I downloaded Blender and Autodesk Fusion and tried my best google-fu for the last two hours but haven't gotten anywhere since I genuinely have zero experience with 3d modelling.

Should be easy, I don't know about .stl but the model I guess will have some dots, lines, whatever. Click those and resize them to your liking. In 3Ds Max is ez
