Here's the thing, anon:

If I ever told normies I listened to Vocaloid and video game music Remix's like the Yoshi's Island Athletic theme I would get looked at weird. Plus when I'm at work all I do is daydream and fantasize about furries and Hatsune Miku. I just don't interact with people because all they care about is rap music and normie sportsballz.

Even with videogames, it's either something shallow like Call of Doody or Diablo 4. I prefer JRPG's. I prefer substance and story like Xenoblade 2 or FFVII.

Don't even bother trying to interact 'cause you'll just get looked at weird. Stick with Anime, Vidya & Hentai cause there's nothing left for us.

Nobody hates you.

Some people may be uncomfortable around you, but in most cases that's because they are afraid of saying something that might hurt you. The more "normal" you can be - or the more a part of normality you can make your limitations - the easier it will be for them to feel comfortable around you.

(Suppose you were lame. If you occasionally had to say "Guys, can we walk a little slower? I'm having trouble keeping up" they wouldn't hold that against you. )

other than your family, close friends and career ladder climbing purposes theres no reason to care what people think of you.

Though heres some some tips that worked for me:

Doesn't have to be anything too hard either, I built a pc recently and my mates think im a tech wizard. basically get good at something that isnt video games

One part of is it is that autists are generally unattractive (genes come in packages).
The second part is that autists are usually really awkward or childish. They hyperfixate on certain things, don't understand a lot of basic social cues, and often have strange behaviors like stimming or stutters. When I could either try interacting with you and have to deal with all of this, or I could interact with 90% of other people who don't have this friction in socializing I would rather deal with the other 90%.
And finally, most autists don't share interests with most normies. So what are we even supposed to talk about.

It's not the "normie"s fault that you're seen as the weirdo in your office, it's that you have unwarranted contempt and disdain for them over such relatively minor differences, most of which you've completely made up in your head. You had a couple awkward experiences in high school and now you live your life hating everyone who seems even halfway normal because you think they're looking down on you, even though at this point in your life they don't really pay much attention to you.
You know what happened when I opened up to some of the normies in my office? I got a couple of them to play an indie game I like, and they loved it enough that we became good work friends. The problem isn't with normies, anon. The problem is with you being an antisocial asshole.

In my experience most people are fairly friendly to me, though occasionally I deal with people giving me "baby talk", though this is likely on me, I put in zero effort to hide my autism in public.

But there is hope. It generally works to kinda steamroll them. Like they'll give you stink eye as soon as they meet you but if you just keep being cool and confident to them then they get used to you. If you stay enthusiastic and positive and don't let them drag you down they respect you.

Because they can. There are consequences for people like you, normies never face consequences for anything, even things like assault and battery. If they do face consequences a cop had to have been right there to see it with their own eyes, or they did something ridiculous like dui (which they have done hundreds of times without being caught). Normies literally rape, lie, steal, and torment people on a day to day basis, it’s in their programming, they deal drugs and live in squalor, it’s what they do. Don’t regard anything they say with any credibility and trust no one, assume if they call you out on something they are holding something over you/have group approval. Always carry a weapon and be ready to defend yourself, preferably in front of witnesses/cameras. Record everything they say and do when you legally/physically can, make notes of it, document. Everything they tell you not to do is what they are doing, especially when it comes to women, catcalling, groping, etc, and it works for them. World is a jungle and everyone wants a piece of your pie.
