I no longer do this, and I’m clean from all that shit now but from 2021-24 (start of it) I spent just over 4K on Onlyfans/ cam girls

It was an extremely lonely time, I spent so much I still get done trying to hit me up. Unironically had to go to therapy for it, and I’m mostly past it now but I still loathe myself for being a giga simp. Is it even possible to just forgive yourself for something this low?

Fwiw I’m 27 and quit cold turkey, the therapy is mostly for the self loathing and staying sober

Forgiveness is not about absolution, it’s not about feeling good about yourself or the thing that harmed you (self inflicted or otherwise). You will always remember it. Forgiveness is about letting go of the anger or sorrow or hurt that accompanied the action.
The self loathing is what needs to go in order for forgiveness to take place. It was the self loathing that lead you to spending money for OF.

Self hatred is a tricky bastard to ‘fix’. The fix is you don’t fix it, you stop trying to force yourself out of it. You just simply realise that if you believe the idea of self-love to be garbage and illogical, then it stands to reason self-hate is also garbage and illogical. Give up on both notions. Neither love yourself or hate yourself, choose to do nothing and force nothing internally, just let yourself be. And to let yourself be, it involves NOT doing anything, so dont go thinking you need to do a thing. Its like letting a shit pass through your ass without forcing or pushing it, you feel me? lol.

You’re a man. If you want satisfaction or peace or the ability to look at yourself in the mirror with a sense of confidence or positivity, dont fall for self love shit. Dont fall for self hate shit. Dont even go inward at all, go outward. Go out and externally see to some shit. Build a cabin, go hiking, go fishing, use tools, repair shit, build shit. Donit even if you suck at first. Paint a wall, change a tire, tile a roof, anything that uses your male brain, your two hands, and your problem solving and tools in your hands.

Do that and watch your mental health improve in ways you thought impossible. Its somehing i wish i knew back when I was a NEET coomer in his 20s. Just go create/repair/destroy/change a physical problem with your physical body. Thats how men improve their minds, by going back to what they were supposed to be. You will gain the ability to look yourself in the mirror with a twinkle of self esteem.
