I've had a woman post me in this group and it has created drama/stress and turned into an assassination of character were women will post and slander me and others. I never did or hurt/abused any of these people its more of a "hes bad in bed", name calling and gatekeeping/cock blocking. I know the person who has posted the initial thread and they used a picture of me from a dating app. They've posted anonymously but have admitted it was them. And have refused to take it down when asked nicely. I am pretty sure I know the company they work for, should I contact this company and let them know what their employee is doing and effecting other peoples lives thru these posts they are making about men that can hurt them in potential jobs and relationships in the future?

I'd contact her work for sure, I'd contact the police, I'd contact everyone.
That behavior is disgusting and that woman needs to experience consequences for behaving like a teenager still in school while she's an adult. Contacting her work is a great way to start. But I would be super respectful about it, go to HR with an actual complaint, using my real name and face, going face to face with them if they're willing to meet or do a teams/zoom call

Well, we're assuming the accusations are false. But if they say "he's racist" that's not a statement of fact, it's just an opinion - it's on a par with saying "he's a dick". If they say "He regularly goes up to black people in the street and screams racial epithets" that's a factual claim, and hence defamatory (if untrue).
