depends on the girl. i've met two girls who are *only* attracted to scrawny nerdy guys, a girl who's only been with muscular guys, and the rest of them vary wildly. if you want someone who only likes scrawny nerdy guys, look for nerdy girls (go to anime conventions and similar events for that).

It all depends on a girl and you should not connect her physical features to what she may like. The only thing you can generalize is that nearly every girly wants someone at least a bit taller than them.

I've said "nearly every girl" meaning not all of them. It all comes down to preferences and by "taller" I also meant that 5'3 girl would want a 5'4-5'7 guy

First of all, and I can't stress this enough: "busty girls" are not a monolith. You can't take a "one size fits all" approach towards your approach to "busty girls".
Secondly, treat them like people. People beyond their unifying anatomical similarity. You'll find they have a wide array of likes and interests. Focus on that first and foremost.
Thirdly, don't ever make anything you say or do be a reference in any way to them being busty. Treat them like women, treat them like people, treat them like you would a friend or family member.

Lastly, its been my personal experience, that busty girls are typically larger girls in general. If you take them out for sweet treats from local gem places regularly and to a varied assortment, you'll have better luck than not. Don't go to McDonald's for an Oreo McFlurry when you can go to a mom and pop old school milkshake restaurant that there's only one of in the world, which happens to be in your town, in a neighbourhood she's never been to. You let her experience all sorts of culinary and treat firsts, she'll let you experience her bustiness.

You're getting into sub-types of sub-types at this point.

Not all busty girls are sweatpants, campus insignia hoodies, Starbucks, and Uggs. Not all of them are chubby cuddlers that like movies on the couch and pizza delivery.

That said, the areas of absolute most overlap that I have ever witnessed first hand directly, or through a lifetime of all my buddies having their various chubby chaser phases, the three most common were emo/goth, pokemon, and baking.

Pretty much a safe bet that if you like the mons, can bake a pie or sheet of cookies, and you listen to angsty punk rock from the 90's, you'll be as much catnip to a busty girl as you can be without being able to spend money like a Rockefeller.
