How to actually get rid of blackheads/scars?
Ever since I hit puberty and started getting acne I've had these deep, thick blackheads on the surface all around my nose. Pic rel isnt me but is a pretty accurate visual of how it looks most days. It absolutely ruins my face and makes me look disgusting to the point where I avoid directly at people when they're close to me because I feel so ugly with it. Ive tried all kinds of skincare products; sacilyc acid, charcoal cleanser, serums, strips and clay masks, etc. And nothing works, no matter how well I eat, how hydrated I stay, and how well I wash my face they end up just coming back and im so fucking sick of it, it makes me feel like a freak.

Does anyone know of any at-home remedies that worked to clear this shit up? Anything? I just want to have a normal nose

Skincare is a ymmv thing. Try pore brush. Either electric or manual. Just use shaving brush on your nose.
Tret, adapalene (differin), tazarotene may or may not help.

Try oil cleansing. But long vigorous fave massage risks broken capillaries.

They're sebaceous filaments not blackheads. They're natural and you can't get rid of them permanently but you can reduce their appearance with proper skincare.

Empty them by using your fingers to gently massage the area with an oil for 15-20 minutes. Then use bha & niacinamide followed by a moisturizer. Combining those 2 ingredients can be irritating on some people so do 1 in the morning and 1 at night if you experience sensitivity or redness.

For budget product options I'd recommend panoxl clarifying exfoliant, the ordinary niacinamide and a moisturizer designed for your skin type (dry or oily) from good molecules or byoma. You can find them all on amazon or ulta.

Post an actual picture of your face if that's not your face. If it is your face, you might need to just go see an actual dermatologist and explain to them everything that you've tried and try and keep an actual log of your attempts, what you're doing now, how long you tried things, if you actually gave them a long enough chance to work, if you integrated products properly and over time, etc., etc.

Parasites cause acne. Before parasite cleanse its wise to do a liver cleanse because dead parasites release toxins. Andreas Moritz liver flush protocol is good. Pure turpentine is the best natural parasite remover because it also deals with the candida coating protecting parasites.

the actual answer if you're serious about this is to talk to a dermatologist and not randos on 4chan

While he was crazy and probably an AI LLM bot, people use anti-parasitics to deal with rosacea.
