What to eat?
So I recently have been promoted at my job after working there for a year and I get 2 20-min. lunch breaks. One at 8 and another at 11.
Im moving from an 8 hour shift to a 10 hour one. What can I pack for my lunch in the morning that's relatively healthy and can get me through the workday. The work I do isn't strenuous, just monotony.
