What to eat?
So I recently have been promoted at my job after working there for a year and I get 2 20-min. lunch breaks. One at 8 and another at 11.

Im moving from an 8 hour shift to a 10 hour one. What can I pack for my lunch in the morning that's relatively healthy and can get me through the workday. The work I do isn't strenuous, just monotony.

In the morning, hot cereal, yogurt with granola, boiled eggs and an apple, a protein smoothie
For lunch you could bring like basic cheese and crackers or more involved stuff like picrel that's from my lunch idea list you might find some inspo. I eat pretty balanced
When I fall into a rut I google shit like 100 lunch ideas sometimes I forget I like stuff and go oh yeah
