Get friends and a cool hobby. Lie about being a virgin. You have to create the facade that at least some people enjoy your presence, and you need a hobby that you can speak passionately about. If you give the impression that nobody likes you (and no girl wants to fuck you), and you don’t have any passion like a hobby etc. she’s going to see it as a red flag.
Since you only have 600 to your name I would suggest a cheap hobby like reading.

Seriously, even a few times. But be smart about it, do your research, travel to other town, prepare to a degree you are confident and safe.
I did it. That unlocked me. Best decision ever. Got girlfriend 6mo after, even told her about it at some point when we were just friends. Now, 10 years after that I can confirm - this and getting vasectomy were the best decisions of my life.
