How much weight can I drop by limiting sugar intake? 5'10 200 lbs, used to be 160 before zoloft.

Up protein and vegetable. Drop one meal a day and fully cut out sugar.
You can drop that 40 lb easy.

I eat chilly for like 3 mouths and dropped 30lb from 170.

This is unironically a question for the wrong board. Do not ask these fat fucks this is a question for fit. There is an entire general dedicated to fat loss. It is very, very well manned. It is constantly bumping. It is by far one of the most popular threads on the entire board. They actually have experience losing weight and keeping it off. There will be a lot of nonsense. Just listen lurk post questions no matter how stupid. Remember it's fortune you're still going to get s*** no matter what you say, but it's a lot better than asking here. In short, yes, lowering sugar will help your entire body feel better. But it's about calories, not just sugar, not just fat, not just protein, just eat less

Me to it actually worked i done it for some months 2 years ago. But i didn't tottally starve myself i just did like 9 hour+ fasting everyday and i lost around 20 kg
