I'm making so many sacrifices daily in order to follow God. How can I know if He is real and I'm not wasting my life away?

By reading theology. Only by making your faith stronger you can have sure in it

You can’t ever know for sure. That’s why it’s called faith and not fact. Faith is something you believe because you trust that someone is not lying to you. It’s not something you can scientifically verify.

Jesus said to Thomas, “You believe because you have seen me. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet believe” or something like that.

Honestly, there is no downside to believing. Even if God doesn’t exist, reading Scripture still teaches you a lot of helpful things.

Just note how different vice and virtue make you feel. One leads to bitterness, envy, sadness, emptiness, confusion, impatience, etc., the other to "love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control".

Thats not a contradiction.
Unless you follow some old testamentarian drivel how you're supposed to circumsize yourself and live like a Hebrew tribe member 5000 AD, there isn't a lot of sacrificing to do in your everyday to remain in tune iwth Jesus message.
If you want to worship Yaweh instead of the God of Christianity, good luck. He is a vengeful God.

I don't know, anon, I wish I could tell you. I had to quit Christianity because I became convinced it makes people weak and docile and was the foundation for egalitarianism and liberalism and the reason why the Western world went to shit in less than 100 years. My life is much more hollow now, but I can't keep living a lie.

A creator that actively determines the world and everything that exists can be logically proven, however everything else has some level of faith in-terms of what our purpose is and what the afterlife is. I found pre-Abrahamic traditions to be more believable in that regard.

If you have doubts about god, that's satan trying to weaken your faith so he can get you to sin and turn away from god

is that really true though? logic is truth preserving not truth generating. you would need a true premise for what you say to make sense.
