Will getting a life outside of my computer make me stop being racist? I'm extremely racist and have several times told Indians and Hispanics to fuck off to their country IRL. The thing is when I actually manage to have pleasant social interactions with nonwhites I feel no hatred. It's the fact I have no friends or social life that lets this hatred bottle up inside without talking to anyone to let it off, I guess.

Racism is basically accurate. You aren’t wrong to be a chud. Maybe you just feel pressure from society to stop being the way you are. But you have to resist social pressure from normies. Deep down, you know the truth.

You aren't actually racist, you're just unhappy. And thinking that one group is inferior to the group that you are makes you feel powerful and important and gives you an ego boost. This is why you don't feel that when you actually have pleasant social interactions with people.

I don't dislike what I do. I'm just curious if getting a life would stop it. Because I'll be writing rants about niggers on twitter and then IRL I'll go out and hold the door for black people and feel no hatred towards them. I do the same thing with Hispanics I'll write rants about spics invading my country from their turd world shitholes and then have a good conversation with my Puerto Rican neighbor and forget he's brown. I still generally hate Hispanics and don't have any manners towards them like holding the door as they're the #1 invaders of my country. Most blacks are deep rooted here so I don't get that angry when I see them.

Or he's feeling unconnected to his own racial roots. Possibly has some weird American happy clappy ideas about being post-race or whatever that get in the way of discovering his roots and strengthening them. That'd breed resentment for other races that keep up an appearance of having deep racial / ethnic roots.
