Try to get into a college party at BU, BC, MIT, Harvard or Tufts
If you like history go walk the Freedom Trail and see the sights. Go to John Adams' or Paul Revere's graves I guess? Indulge in the museums?
Boston kind of sucks compared to other big coastal US cities. Great place to be a college undergrad and get some historical exposure while being able to party hop between a lot of schools, but if you're a working adult I'd imagine Boston kind of blows

As fake and gay as "little Italy" in NYC nowadays. All jarred sauce and frozen ravioli. Mike's Pastry's always has a line. You can get better Italian down by Providence or Hartford where old school NYC guidos escape to after the great blackening

Absolutely nothing, Boston sucks. Might as well just head over to NYC, you're close enough
