I don’t find very many attractive women in public to be honest. Even when going to clubs and bars, and my criteria is pretty much, no overweight or recessed jaw or maxilla. Even though I probably should have a height requirement since I’m 6’5 and having kids with ~5’3 would be brutal if I had a son.

Is this photo really yours OP? If it is, you are above average. The problem is probably how you communicate this. You are probably not being effective when it comes to communicating who you are, they will not even look at the photos attentively and just swipe. I agree with other anons that it's all in presentation. I dress pretty incelcore so I mostly attract Asian chicks who can tell I'm a braincel, luckily I suffer from a terminal case of yellow fever so fine by me. I do go outside frequently as stated above. But the amount of selection is much worse irl. When I go out I’m always in the top 10% of attractive men but I know I’m not truly a top 10% attractiveness. The same goes for the females, most I see in person or at clubs are overweight or just straight up had very bad skull development. For most men I think they look at women through a hookup lense. Where most chicks with attractive bodies seem to have below average faces but that’s still fine for a hookup. Where for a possible mate I feel face is a better indicator for genetics and health.

Yeah I agree, my plan for this summer is have my friend take better pics of me as all my tinder pics are selfies or mirror pics. and I’ll be deeper in my diet so I’ll be looking my best. But definitely will take dating much more seriously then but wanted to lose like 20 more lbs so I’ll have a visible 6 pack. That picture I’m like 250lbs and currently I’m 211lbs.
