There's a reptilian part of their brain that tells them you're a loser probably for a reason, and that maybe you won't be able to provide to them and their child.
If you can easily get girls, that same instinct tells them you can easily gather resources and passed the filters of other women, so you're probably a great partner.

idk man, i have the same problem. it's not a looks issue either, i'm 7/10 face jacked and not short, but i dont leave my house. but anytime i get close to a date they ghost

The Problem is, it's not loneliness or anything, The Dating system is very dysfunctional, especially for Men regardless of whatever situation you're in, getting a relationship is impossible. Women have too much males to choose from, so one simple flaw that negates their over-the-top desires, means you're instantly eliminated.

Life is too nuanced to be acting like these generalized trueisms are anything remotely accurate.

It really does depend on the intentions as to why you're a loner. If you don't take care of yourself then of course you'll be written off but many women would actually be more attracted to a dude with No Hoes. You just gotta have an air of mystery and be humble when explaining the profound loneliness or choices that lead up to one's solitude.

It's one the reddest of red flags.
Girls are social by nature and they want their boyfriend to be someone fun that they can show off to their friends group and social circles and not be a guy who's going to quietly stare at his feet the whole time.
Likewise, they want to be paraded around your own social circles and friends group as The Girlfriend, maybe they'll try to set up their fat friend with your ugly friend, etc.

which is half true, I just prefer staying in with comfy movies, which just so happens to lead to sex most of the time.

Also even the most anti-social outcast female epic nerd will still have like a half dozen people she always hangs out with every weekend, but they and others can accept that some guys truely are literal loners and that they're okay with it.

Anyways, having friends and social circles not only helps keeping the gf you get but it also helps you in a bunch of different ways of potentially meeting your gf to being with.

That's actually a very good outcome, because you had sex and you didn't have to improov yourself at all. The amount of stuff people will sacrifice for sex is crazy.

I did, I still had to look at what punk bands and movies girls are into, force myself to listen to deftones and watch tim burton movies
I also had to adopt and understand the alt fashion style.
Of course I wasn't very muscular back then but that was kind of a plus as a lot of girls were into the twink body style, but I at least made effort to put on some muscles and stay healthy and not immediately grow a middle aged belly in my 20s or even teens.

but really I want to seem cool when I looked at myself in the mirror, naked or not, the fact that girls were also attracted to that wasn't a sacrifice at all.

The answer is simple. Beat up Chad if he ever cheats on a girl or gets more than a couple of girlfriends in his life. Oh? Chad brags that he gets his dick wet? Just fuck him up. Fuck up his face, fuck up his arm. Physical violence is the answer and the males in the group will be discouraged and shamed for reducing the mating pool to just them, women will be FORCED to look for options because Chad will reject them in fear of being physically punished. Then there will be arguments about discrimination based on looks and the issue will be solved.
