get a rug
put some shit on the wall
figure out a vague color palate to stick to
plants
That antique drawer thing is fucking sick, but it just looks out of place if you don't interoperate it into the design better
Also no there's shame in looking for inspo online, I got some of my best decoration ideas from random pintrest posts

I suck at explaining these sorts of things and am still learning myself. Just don't be afraid to try shit out, if it sucks you can always change it. There's tons of videos and shit online to get you started

I'm not OP, but it's clearly 2 monitors and 1 TV, not 2 TVs

Easy

-Rug on ground
-Lamps instead of overhead light at night
-Art on walls

Do these three things you're set. Nice dresser btw

Guys really live in rooms like this and don't see any issue

Was going to get some displates and put above the monitor, maybe something to do with money. Definitely something colorful. Where should I put the rug?

Is it really? My mom said it was, but I just saw some old piece of wood.

Well, I'm just a sucker for this kind of vintage shit.
And in a world where everyone has the same looking minimalist IKEA furniture I just love to own shit that's a bit more unique

I'm not a fan of displates personally, I prefer picking up paintings at flea markets or framing a poser or two. But you do you, don't let ME tell you what YOU should put in the room you spend most of your day in.
Depends on the size of the rug and how you use it. Rugs help section off a room, so my first guess would be putting it in that desk/TV area

I won't read threads about living spaces devoid of books.
