I Hate My Job
I hate my Job and want to quit. I work 12 hour shifts, the work alternates between extremely stressful and nothing happening, and I have really bad hip and knee pain because I'm on my feet al day and I have flat feet. I'm in pain all day and I'm sick of it. What do?

Do you think it's causing damage to my ligaments? Am I fucking myself up?

I already have inserts. I actually get back pain on top of the knee and hip pain if I'm on my feet that long without inserts.

should be alright in the long run, but the sooner you can stop the better
repetitive stress can fuck people up if it's for months/years on end

Quit your job, start doing squats and lunges every other day. Anything that builds your muscles, especially in the legs, is good.
Literally pick up the heavy stone and carry it. I actually do this.

Squats always give me back pain. Maybe I do them too heavy.
