What's the estimate on how long this stuff is gonna take?
I eventually wanna move outta my mother's apartment and find my own but I have a ton of things I have to do first before I'm even given that chance. I'm 25 in case you ask:
>Get my first job, which I have done as I work part time as a cashier
>Get health insurance, a therapist, and dental which will require a full time job
>Need to work at Target for 1 whole year to be able to get experience on my resume
>Need to get my GED as I dropped outta high school in 2015, 1 month into 9th grade due to mental issues affecting me at the time
>Need to learn to drive
>Need to go to college so I can get a diploma for a job that pays better so I can be able to afford an apartment, insurance, etc
>Need to eventually enter full time which means no more time for hobbies but I have money to be able to live
>Eventually need to get a GF who will become a wife so I'm able to start a family
Will this whole process take me 4 or 5 years?

i'm in the same exact position basically, but i'm 21
dropped out of highschool at age 15 after 3 months
only differences are i have a driver's license, but haven't had a job

i would guess that whole "process" would take somewhere between 5-10 years, depending on the career & its hurdles, and how finding a GF works out

College necessarily takes 4 years minimum, more usually if you work part time too. Associates degrees are 2 years, so might wabt to look into those. GED is easy, don't take a course just study on your own and take the test, it's piss easy. I'd say give yourself 6 months to learn how to drive.

Yeah, I'd say 5 or 6 because you have to remember that you apply for 4-year colleges like 9 months before admission

I think it took my cousin and her BF many years til they bought a house and moved in together in their early 30s.
Why does it take so long and cost so much to get a home now?
