How to stop being a manchild
I'm 24m and my parents still pay for my rent and most of my things still, and I haven't had a real adult job yet outside of fast food and working retail. when I do work a job, I'm incompetent and I've been fired on the spot, less than a week in, due to it. This has occurred at every minimum wage job I've worked at.

I'm currently going to school and going to graduate in about a year, but I still feel like a manchild and I'm pretty certain my peers can sense this and they view me as such as well.

How can I stop being this way?

How do you manage your classload when you are incompetent?

>How do you manage your classload when you are incompetent?

I've dropped courses and taken them again in the following semester if I end up failing or I feel like I've fallen too far behind to catch up. I've been doing this since my parents also pay my tuition so there hasn't been a real negative financial consequence to me doing this.

I'm getting sick of this behavior so I've decided to finally get my shit together and not follow this pattern of behaviour again and graduate, but my past of incompetence still haunts me because it seems like every job I've ever had always ends in the outcome of getting fired or being disliked because I'm bad.

I never seem to make progress in anything.

Sounds very american from you, still sorry for your loss. My advice would be for you to find a different job, which treats you better i'd guess.
