I struggle with the same shit OP and desu you have to first become healthy (Ben Greenfield is a great source) and then learn to "let loose" and not be afraid of the consequences. Don't take it too far and knowingly be an asshole just to feel better but most people play mind games to feel dominant as actual fist fighting isn't allowed in society without repercussions. Everything is like twitter and people are getting bold without the natural consequences so you need to recognize that and call out / play mind games back if people put you down. Aside from that as hard as it is instinctually, focus on the positives no matter how small they are and pull yourself out of negativity. Also I'm not against God, just the dressed up version that people create to virtue signal onto others.

TLDR: Become healthier, use your intuition & common sense.

Melancholic punishes himself so much he can't seek rewards
