We're done having kids. I got myself fixed. Wife got off the pill. After her first cycle was finished she has become a wild animal in bed. If you're absolutely sure you're done having kids, then yeah. It's a pretty cheap procedure with insurance and takes about 5 minutes. You're gonna have some soreness and discomfort down there for a couple weeks though. Make sure you get tested to make sure you don't have swimmers before you start creampieing your wife.

I've heard horror stories ranging from the procedure causing a painful infection to the vas deferens repairing itself (no idea how this happens when the standard procedure is cutting it in half, burning the ends then clamping them). Most guys I've talked to are happy with it and it gets your wife to stop fucking with hormone pills.
