so im bad with words, but inside my head i have beautiful concepts i can understand intuitively, i can ponder for something for half an hour and have a good answer to most problems when most fail to see they even exist.
this has led me a lot to philosophy and i have studied it on my on and ended on my own conclusion.
id like to share them with my friends, but i dont know how to explain them.

Explaining your ideas is literally half the battle
This is why Einstein used gedankenexperiments. Very few people can look at and intuitively understand the implications of a Lorentz transformation, but if it's couched in an analogy about one guy on a train with a clock and another guy standing on a train platform with a clock or something
You also might just be fooling yourself. If you know something really well, you should be able to explain it to someone who knows noting about it in simple terms, Feynman's famous "5 minutes for an explanation to a cabbie driver" analogy.

I hope you do not believe in linguistic determinism.
