Memory
I struggle to remember anything.
I can -recall- information, technical stuff, but my memories feel muddled at best, gone at the worst.

I can't remember much of anything a few months back, let alone much of my childhood.
I've kinda always been forgetful, but it's gotten to a new level the past while...

Is this normal? It can't be, right?
Is there even anything I can do about it?

No one's really normal. Just work with what you got. Use flashcard apps like Anki for reinforcing memorizing something.

It's normal. You can use momentos or do drills. Stay hydrated, get nutrition, sleep rest, etc. Create memory landmarks to navigate your way through your past. Live in the moment, anon. Maybe learn another language or instrument or something for 15-30 minutes a day.

Are you getting enough sleep every night? Was there anything bad happening to you as a child? Those may be some factors. I have poor sleep hygiene and my memory has been noticeably affected as a result.

That isn't normal. A few causes spring to mind but they're uncommon barring chronic sleep issues.
