Every couple of months I feel sad (not depressed) for like a week and then I'm back to normal.

It sucks cuz sometimes I even have suicidal thoughts (not really worried about it tho, never would do something like that) and it really makes me dislike social interactions during that time, and I think that people can also feel that Im not ok.

I usually feel like this after I go through something "bad". I really dont know how to explain it, hopefully yall understand what I'm saying.
