Someone who is actually in charge and powerful doesn't need to show off to make others know it. I don't know the dynamics in this specific group of dogs, but I've seen a proper leader assert authority without ever having to bite anyone once. Plenty of other social animals have this, too, including humans. Deer don't fear the biggest rack of antlers, but the buck that's carrying them. A great nature and mind only needs enough outside force to support itself. The ones lacking try to rely on the physical more to make up for it, like the snappy troublemaker at the beginning trying to make others think he's hot shit.

I'm very sure this is a sheepdog with white fur. The loose shaggy fur looks like an Irish Wolfhound, and curved tail could be a herding dog breed like the Samoyed. Behaviorally I 100% think it's a sheepdog breed or similar.

Even mostly "out of pack" I can anecdotally say my dog does, and I have a "dog aggressive" breed (though he's generally not outright aggressive rather than WILL respond to dominance/challenges from other large unneutered males). He tends to sit and lie down when approached by an older/small dog (though that could be the "opposite" of hierarchy - that they're so "weak" there's no challenge) and for bitches will basically do a WWE style "sell" when they jump into him playing (despite being nearly 70kg)

This. The doggy daycare we took our dog to had two dogs at the top; a tall female afghan hound and an ancient male dachshund and neither of them ever barked or growled at other dogs. Even staff who had worked there for almost a decade could barely recall either of those two dogs ever needing to physically intervene when other dogs were fighting or starting trouble. They broke up fights just by walking up to the dogs that were tussling and they would calm down and scatter without as much as a baring of teeth. It's literally all about staying calm and confident and seeing through the troublemakers' bullshit, because the vast majority of fights in a situation like OP's webm stern from the offending dogs being insecure and/or poorly socialised.
