Spring is objectively the best.

Meanwhile apart from ~le pretty colors~ Autum is a time of everything gradually shutting down and preparing for winter or even just dying.

First half of Autumn is alright (Late September to Mid October) but it gets really depressing once you are close to November. Everything is dying, the wildlife gets boring and less diverse, weather is miserable.

This. Moist air with warm sunshine is incredible and the smell of ozone and petrichor is beutifull. Really makes you feel alive.

It does. I love winter and spring and like summer but fall is just the absolute best.

You don't live in a forest of oaks. I hate fall and winter beyond hatred. I just want to be surrounded by green all year without being in a shit climate like a jungle.

Not OP but I've lived around trees out in the country all my life. I love the gray, bleak look of late fall and winter. It's peaceful to me. I enjoy every season, though. Each one has its special things about it that I love and I'd hate not to have them.
