Purebred cats have to be the biggest pet scam. The only reason I have housecats now is because they show up outside and if they’re friendly enough I let them stay inside. You really PAY thousands of dollars for a CAT? I’ve had purebred dogs over the years but there’s no justification for getting a purebred cat. My ex had a Ragdoll (real one and not BYB), he was the biggest pouncing asshole cat I’ve ever known. It’s a fucking cat, what do you expect? Predictable traits, breed standards?
